FS Design’s practice started in 1998 with a 20,000 sf Medical Office Building shell project at the Tomball Regional Medical Hospital Complex. FS Design’s spectacular lobby rotunda interior design with natural skylights and magnificent exterior elevations and the use of roseblend brick with stucco and metal panels set a unique standard in Tomball and made headlines
on the opening day. On completion it was the first and only Class A medical office space in Tomball.
Ten years later FS Design Build completed a 10,000sf addition to the original building bringing the total square footage to over 32,000sf. FS Design Houston designed every specialty in the building lease spaces including the Northwest Heart Center, Northwest Pediatric Clinic, Gastroenterology Diagnostic Center, Nephrology Center, Pulmonology Center, Nuclear Camera Clinic, EECP Center, CAT Scan Center, Internal Medicine Center and a Smith Kline Beechum Diagnostic Laboratory.
Over the last decade FS Design Houston has designed numerous freestanding Medical Office Buildings to suit different specialties. Such as the 32,000sf Texas Professional Building which houses multiple specialties and an Imaging Center and a Diagnostic laboratory. An 8,000 sf Gastroenterology Diagnostic Center Building in Tomball, a 7500sf Pediatric Office Building in Waller, another 10,000sf Cardiology Office Building in Tomball for the Cardiovascular Institute of Texas, and another 8,000sf Dermatology Center in Webster, Tx. for the Dermatological Association of Texas and currently designing a GREEN Medical professional building at the Clear Lake Regional Hospital in Webster, Tx.
Besides the ground up medical buildings FS Design has designed numerous medical suite lease spaces for every specialty imaginable all across Houston. Aside from medical FS Design Build has also designed many spectacular state of the art Dental Offices in prime locations such as the Sweetwater Blvd in Sugarland and the Woodlands.
